    Not everyone seems to age at the same rate. Some people just seem to magically look younger for what seems like forever. The truth is, though, that most of those people have just picked up some good ways to reverse the aging process. Let’s examine a few ourselves.

    The biggest step, which is also the first one you should take, is to commit to a healthy lifestyle. That means avoiding things like too much caffeine, too much alcohol or any smoking at all. All of those things can potentially create a skin health nightmare.

    At that point, you can strengthen your skin by strengthening your body. That involves adjusting your diet and exercise routine. By eating plenty of nutrient-rich foods, you can really give your body and, as a result, your skin, a boost that it needs.

    It’s also very important to protect your skin from sun damage. That means wearing hats or, at least, proper sun block, when you plan to be out in the sun. Protecting your skin can not just prevent age spots and rough patches, but also skin cancer.

    Dry skin is another big problem you may be facing. Nobody likes it and it can really add years to your look. The best way to fend it off is to use a good moisturizing cream. Of course, you should also wash your face regularly, too. The two together can really give your skin a shiny, healthy glow.

    One thing you may also not have considered is proper dental health. Reversing signs of aging isn’t all about skin. Yellow teeth are a direct path to oldness. No matter how young you are or how good your skin looks, it won’t help if you don’t take proper care of your teeth.

    Another thing you might think about is taking a surgical approach. It’s certainly a valid option, but it’s expensive and can come with complications and recovery times. So, regardless of whether you plan a face lift, a breast augmentation or a tummy tuck, be ready for all that could come along with it.

    What it all comes down to is patience. It takes a little time and effort, but it is possible to reverse the aging process. It’s not even all that difficult. You just need to be persistent.

Also, C people have a higher metabolism and isn’t as sluggish as the other body types.

    That means C body types don’t have to be as careful when it comes to simple and complex carbohydrates such as potatoes and yams. Other good weight loss foods for this body type are oatmeal and rice. The only thing C bodies should not eat that much red meat as this type of protein will make you bulk up.

    All of the meals listed here can be found in the Infinite Menu Plan of the body makeover kit. Remember, these meals are only a sample of meals you can eat as a body type c on the Michael Thurmond diet. Here is a sample meal for one day worth of food for an endo-meso.

    Breakfast - 1 cup of egg whites with a slice of wheat bread and cup of cantaloupe. Mid-morning snack is 4 oz. of ground chicken patties and cup of orange slices. You will eat grilled blackened grilled halibut, a a sweet yam and 1 cup of broccoli florets.

    Mid afternoon snack will consist of 3 oz. of chicken breast and cup of mashed potatoes. Dinner will be 3 oz. of New York steak and 1 cup of brown rice. The late night snack will be a cup of sliced strawberries.
