    Putting both hands and weaving your fingers at the rear of your neck, you gradually curl yourself up towards your knees in such a way that you feel the stomach is crunching and you can feel those muscles are getting tensed. This motion is repeated to the needed amount of times and slowly, these repetitions can be gradually raised as long as the body is capable of sustaining the tension that accompanied the muscles. It does not matter how able of performing crunches your body is but what is important is the consistency you apply to this activity.

    Basically, if you’re capable of doing just 20 repetitions of the exercise, it’s critical that you’re constant with it and you perform it regularly. The angle which is formed between the body and the knees shifts the muscles allowing it to build muscles.

    Therefore, if you want to change the effect of your workout on you, you could stretch the legs a bit further from the body and perform the same action. You’ll feel the muscles within the stomach move differently and you will feel a little more tense giving you a better workout, therefore your crunch technique would require time but it’s efficient and one you’ll be more pleased when all is said and done.

These pieces of equipment provide the same rule as what the crunches technique provides but the good thing is, it’s much handier and easier to accomplish that end goal.
