Health is the most important wealth a human being can have in his entire life. If his health is lost, he gains nothing. If he gains his health, then he is capable of achieving everything in his life. Hence, being healthy and fit is not just an option man can have, it is a very important need.

Often we see that that there is less awareness about staying healthy and fit. Even if there is some awareness, it is half knowledge or misdirected. Hence, it is very important that we stay healthy and fit in the right manner.

One of the ways to stay fit is to give notice to your daily diet. Take notice of what you eat and when you eat. Always eat healthy and balanced diet. By healthy, I mean the food should contain lots of vitamins, nutrients, calories, and minerals so as to replenish the body. A balanced diet means that all the before mentioned nutrients should be present in a balanced proportions.

A balanced and healthy diet should always contain lots of fruits and green vegetables. Fruits and vegetables that you eat should always be fresh. All these nutrients help you body to gain necessary energy and strength, keeping you healthy and fit.

Be it walking, running or even going to a gym and doing workouts, always take some time out to exercise. Improving your respiratory systems and rejuvenates your bones and muscles, exercise increases you blood circulation. Exercising also keeps your mind healthy, keeping you relieved from unnecessary tensions and stress.

Drinking water is another important thing everybody should pay attention to. Leaving the body dehydrated and weak, because water intake is neglected is seen quite often. A new lease of energy and vitality to the cells and tissues is given by water, replenishing the body and its entire systems.

We tend to take a variety of medicines and energy supplements to enhance our energy sometime to stay fit and healthy. All medicines that you take should be according to the advice and prescription given by your doctor.
