It is believed that a lack of certain B-complex vitamins, including B-6, B-12, niacin and riboflavin can cause sensitive skin. Eating more foods such as whole grains, fish, eggs, and low-fat dairy products can help boost your B-complex levels and help relieve sensitive skin. Try adding some more of those foods to your diet and see if you get any relief.
